Statewide Developments Sydney founder and owner Mr Joseph Touma has been providing top-quality real estate to clients for over 34 years. Together with his brothers Charlie and Michael they have partnered with organizations such has Billbergia, Salvo property Group and EDG Capital. The team has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and can help guide our clients through the buying, selling, and investing process. They Developed over 220 units across 9 building at 10-16 Marquet St Rhodes in early 2007 launched them into the property Development industry. The site was over looked by the Statewide Team who managed to bring this $90 million Dollar construction in on budget and on time.
Statewide Developments Sydney is currently involved in 3 major Projects with a net value of over $1 billion Dollars.
Cherrybrook Village Project
Purchased in 2017, Statewide Developments Sydney has been involved in the voluntary rezoning of this Area. With the help of Grimshaw Architects they have designed a self sustained precinct. The proposed 3000 units will have a net value of over $800m.
Rhodes East
After Statewide Developments Sydney success building over 180 units at 10 -16 Marquet St Rhodes, its turned its eye to Rhodes East. Partnering with the well renowned Billbergia Group and King Group we aim to deliver a $530m development with a mix of residential and commercial space.
